Reference TSpinBoxKind

A spin box shows one of its items and chooses another in a way set by its kind.

spinDropDown drops a list of every item below the box while the mouse is held down on it, and the item the mouse is released over is chosen.

spinSlide chooses the item before or after as the mouse is dragged left or right.

spinDropScroll drops a list when the box is clicked, which stays until an item is clicked, the box is clicked again, the box loses the input focus, or the mouse is pressed anywhere else. The list shows at most DropScrollItems items. When there are more it has a scroll bar, and it is scrolled with the mouse wheel or by dragging the scroll bar. With the input focus the arrow keys choose the item before or after.
