    Reference IBitmapBrush

    Declared in Codebot.Render.Graphics.pas on line 347

    IBitmapBrush references a bitmap as a repeatable fill pattern. The pattern can be scaled along two axes, translated, rotated, and alpha blended.
    Note: GLES2 backend requires patterns to be a power of two or they will not wrap.
