Part of the Codebot package

The Codebot.Process unit runs other programs. TExternalCommand is a component that runs a program, reads its output one line at a time, and reports when the program has completed. The RunCommand routines are a simpler alternative, which run a program with up to three arguments, wait for it to complete, and optionally collect its output.
